Recently I've been really down.
And I want to change that.
With that being said, I've decided to do a really "positive" kind of blog post to boost myself up. Let's hope it'll work.
I'm imagining this to be, things I'd tell my younger self, almost like "advice from the future me".
1) 99% of the things you worry about isn't going to happen
I've had loads of experience along the lines of this subject... afterwards I always laugh at myself, literally. I have no clue why I worried so much! Maybe there're 109 homework due tomorrow, 459 mock exams, then 931 real exams, but instead of wrecking your brain worrying, try studying, relaxing, and motivating yourself instead. It's funny how you just pick it up day by day, it's almost impossible to learn it without experiences, but, just try to not overthink too much. Yep, people (mostly teachers) tell you that having A BIT of pressure is a good thing, it motivates you to do something. To me, it doesn't work, it will kind of make it worse!
2) Make a routine
This, my friends, is the most important. Making a routine of your everyday lives makes a HUGE difference! I've always been extremely lazy on weekend days, its extreme. I work my butt off from Mon - Fri, but then do absolutely nothing on weekend days. That's no-good! Try planning something, they don't have to be huge like, going on a road trip or something. Small things that makes you happy will do. For me, it'll most likely be, filming, editing, taking pictures, exercise, and make some cute-looking delicious snacks.
3) Figure out what you're truly interested in
It took no time for me to do that, honestly. 'Cause since forever ago I know for sure that I'm 100% obsessed with all things beauty, fashion, and YouTube related. Fun fact: I applied blue crayon all over my face thinking it was makeup! (When I was little, of course, lol) It might sound like nothing compared to, "Ooo, I want to be a doctor!". But at least I found my passion.
4) Communicate
No matter if you have 1 or 100 friends, talk to them! It's (/it'll be) amazing how you'll find it life changing. This also applies to your family, I used to just keep everything to myself and shushhh. But that didn't feel very good at all!
Hope this blog post had help you a little, if not then... oh well. Thank you so much for reading and I'll see you guys in a few days for another blog post.
Xoxo,
ThePinkTeaCup
